ORDERS
*How long would it take for my order to arrive?
For orders within the UK, your order will normally arrive in 3-5 working days.
For orders from other EU countries, your order will normally arrive 5-7 working days.
For international orders, your order will normally arrive 5-10 working days. We do not hold responsibility for additional duties and taxes that are incurred when shipping outside of the United Kingdom to other countries.
For orders during sale periods /public holidays, the delivery may take considerably longer. Please email us for an up-to-date order status/delivery service at info@finandzee.com.
*What shipping options do you offer?
UK - Royal Mail Tracked.
EU - Royal Mail International Tracked.
Rest of the world - Royal Mail International Tracked.
*Can I cancel/change my order?
Once the order has been submitted, we are unable to change the order. Should you wish to cancel and return an item, please see our return policy.
*Can I change the delivery address after submitting the order?

*What is your returns policy?
14 days return for a full refund. The return postage cost is at your expense. For more details please see our return policy.
*How long does it take to get my money refunded?
Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued. This will happen once we have received the item being returned. It will usually take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

*What payment options do you accept?
We accept payment via PayPal, Mastercard and Visa and we accept both debit and credit card payments.
PRODUCTS
*How to look after the garment?
Please follow the washing and care instructions on the product label to keep the garment in a good condition for longer. In the FIN and ZEE clothing range, we use double gauze, laundered linen and cotton. Most of them are all 100% Oeko-Tex certified, which would be stated in the production description.
Double-gauze - wash on a 30 degrees lukewarm or cold gentle cycle with mild detergent (natural) /non-bio detergent and air dry where possible. Do not tumble dry. Iron low on the reverse side.
Linen - wash at 30 degrees with a non-bio detergent. Do not tumble dry. Shake out and dry flat. Linen will always seize up after washing but as soon as your kid starts to wear it the fibres relax again.
Cotton - wash at 30 degrees. Do not tumble dry.
*How can I learn more about your packaging?
We’ve worked hard to find the best environmentally friendly solution for our packaging. All of our packaging consists of recycled tissue paper and eco-paper mailing bags.

FIN and ZEE sizes run big as the designs are to give more room for your little one to grow into. Please refer to our size page for more information.
